Ability and Experience: PCRL requires the management of an accomplished Project Manager, with demonstrated expertise in conducting a new refinery or super petrochemical project from the theoretical stage to the designation stage. The candidate must be the holder of a bachelor's certificate or, alternatively, a master's degree in engineering. An additional degree in Business is ideal. The Undertaking Management Professional (PMP®) certificate is required for this job. The competitor must have more than 20 years of business experience, of which more than 10 years must be in a primary job in the effective management of oil and gas / petrochemical projects. Must have knowledge in the field of board task, including design, quality management, safety, project coordination, organization, reservation, evaluation, evaluation, executive risk, organization general and board agreement in the downstream oil and gas industry, in a PMC / FEED / EPC climate.

Obligations: Responsible for ensuring that the needs of the owners are created, followed and executed during all the stages of the undertaking incorporated and transmitted to the degree.
