Master's Certification in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Statistics / Aviation Management / International Law / LLM with at least second college division perceived from HEC.
Experience required for the vacant position and accompanying job:
Must have 10 years of involvement in public/private partnerships, ideally in aviation-related businesses in a central management position. Participation in Bilateral / Agreements / Negotiations related to ICAO / Aviation Affairs. Must have great relational skills and dealings/methods. The promising person must have great PC skills.
