JOB PURPOSE 


We are searching for a Senior Manager, Client Engagement Europe for our Paris Head Office to drive client maintenance all through the retail and local association. This individual is answerable for Europe locale Customer Retention KPI's and Customer Clienteling exercises and the job conveys through arranging and carrying out the CRM and VIP client Strategies for Europe district, in accordance with the worldwide and territorial methodologies. 


Obligations 


  • In association with Vice President of Europe and Regional pioneers sets and screens focuses for Europe district 
  • In association with country/region capacities (Marketing, Retail Training, Retail Operations and Finance) characterizes and guarantees execution of Customer Retention Plans, across stores and inside the local association and spotlight on by and large client commitment 
  • In association with the provincial group offer by division that would expand the business effect and height of the client experience

  • Screen group progress routinely and drive brings about close coordinated effort with the Store Managers
