Our kindergarten is looking for a dynamic and qualified PYP coordinator, must be a native English speaker with years of experience in the PYP or IB. Work description:
- You are responsible for building the IB curriculum system, making the PYP a reality and making our school an IB authorized school.
- Responsible for managing the curriculum (including IB curriculum, single subject, after school extension, etc.) and teaching events based on Western culture and Chinese culture, to improve the quality of teaching and parental satisfaction; if the school needs it, be a classroom teacher temporarily.
- Responsible for teacher management (includes teacher hiring, curriculum meeting, training, internal and external visit and exchange, mental training, informal communication, etc.) to build positive attitude of teachers and teaching ability, make a happy teaching team;
- Participate in and support school brand building, admissions activities to achieve annual school KPIs and business development goals.
- Communicate with IBOs and other international educational organizations; incorporate the IB curriculum system and teaching materials, which are not only appropriate for the students, the Chinese context, but also meet the IB criteria;
- Organize internal evaluation of IB courses; Apply for IBO certification.
- Create teaching team, single subject teaching team; Conduct teacher training; Organize regular teaching and research meetings; Monitor and improve the quality of teaching;
- Based on teaching feedback, parent feedback, and kindergarten teaching development goals, constantly update the English curriculum, specialized courses, and improve the course evaluation.
- Together with teachers, develop, improve and implement music, theater, sports and other special derivative courses.
Others:
- Age of students: 2.5-6 years.
- Teacher assignment: 20-22 students in a class are with 4 teachers
Profits:
- Basic salary is between 35000-40000RMB per month + benefits (see below) + 6% -10% annual salary increase

Qualifications:
- ONLY for native English speakers
- Bachelor / Master of Education
- With more than 5 years of work experience in kindergarten or elementary school; With more than 2 years of IB kindergarten or elementary school experience; Experience in IB schools in China preferred;
- Holder of an internationally accredited education-related vocational certificate and a foreign expert certificate issued by the Chinese government.
- Familiar with the international early childhood education system and teaching methods;
- With knowledge of early childhood education theory and kindergarten management.
- Able to do Kindergarten English teaching job independently;
- Good creativity, communication and organization skills;
- With business thinking, forward-thinking and active; Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
